So I'm browsing the 65% off rack at work on Thursday night (it was slow) wearing what I thought was a cute outfit. Grey slouchy boots with strapless red satin Cory Lynn Caulter dress with a stripped t-shirt underneath. I am chatting with a co-worker over the rack when a manager from another department walks over.
I'm waiting for her to chastise us for shopping, but instead she picks through the rack and makes friendly conversation with us... and then... she asked me if I was pregnant. OMG. Hello! You're never, ever supposed to ask a woman that!! So... I did my best to make her feel bad. It was kind of amazing, actually. I bet she never looks me in the eye again.
